Client Services

Unless the client is a minor, we will only service ONE client in the treatment room at the time. We want to provide a calm, relaxing experience for our clients. We kindly ask that other guests wait outside in the waiting areas.

Cancellations/ Rescheduling / No-Shows 

We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $35. Any "no-shows" will be charged  100% of missed service and if "no-show" is apart of a treatment package, a session will be forfieted. 

Gifting Services 

If you are booking a service for someone other than yourself, please put their name in for booking. Remember all services are for that person ONLY. In the event you need to transfer services you will need to contact us directly at 678-653-3192 or at info@rochelleaesthetics.com

Late Policy 

We ask that all guests arrive on time for their appointments to ensure that we can provide the full treatment that you deserve. Clients are allowed a 15 min grace period. Anything past that we  will do everything possible to extend and accommodate you. If accepted, there will be a $20 late fee added at checkout. However, if there is another appointment following your service, we cannot make guarantees.  If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make every effort to accommodate you.

Treatment Packages 

Our spa treatment packages are valid for 30 days after the term ( 3, 6, or 12 months) of the package. Any packages that have not been used within the time frame of the series will expire and become void.

There will be no refunds on any service, treatment packages or products. All sales are final. Credits will be applied to the client profile for future services or product purchases.
